We’ve been to the Rayback many times, and so it seemed a natural fit for one evening of my husband’s family reunion. We rented part of the back room, and everyone had a great time with the diverse food truck offerings and drink options (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), plus they created lovely table signs for us based on a picture and some text we provided. A great experience all around! Thank you to everyone who helped make the night a success!
I recently reserved two tables for my daughter's graduation party. Rayback Collective was reasonably priced and their line up of food trucks and drink selections made it the perfect setting. The tables were marked reserved when I arrived. I was greeted by the event staff immediately. It was a pleasure to work with them and I highly recommend if you have an event.
Hosted a small graduation party - reserved a couple of tables, used wrist bands and food truck tickets. It went off without a hitch and was enjoyable! Great venue - room to move, great people watching, and a variety of drinks and food! Perfect for a group with lots of options for everyone.
It’s incredibly hard to find a venue in Boulder that offers space, food, and a bar all in one at a good price—but I was so lucky to find the Rayback Collective! It was the perfect place for our Air Force Commissioning party, where we celebrated 34 Second Lieutenants with their families and friends. From the very first meeting with Brittany and Bailey, I knew we were in the right hands. They immediately understood our vision and helped bring it to life, from coordinating with food trucks to organizing the bar setup. Connor, the onsite manager, and the entire bar staff were amazing—professional, organized, and easy to work with. Since three families co-sponsored the event, RBC even helped us manage the budget with color-coded drink and food truck tickets so each family could track their own guests. The space was flexible, with plenty of varied seating and table options, and we were allowed to come in an hour early to decorate and set up snacks. The microphone and large video screen were thoughtful additions that added to the atmosphere, even though we didn't end up using the screen. The entire staff stayed on top of every detail throughout the night, and when we asked the newly commissioned Lieutenants if the celebration met their expectations, they said "Absolutely!" If you're planning a celebration in Boulder and want a venue that truly cares about your event, I highly recommend the Rayback Collective. Fair pricing, amazing staff, and a great vibe—they’ll make sure your event feels exactly like what it should be: a celebration.
We had a happy hour 50th wedding anniversary party for about 60 people and rented a portion of a tent. It was perfect for what we had intended to do. Our guests loved it! Highly recommend a casual affair there.
We had our wedding welcome party at Rayback and could not have been happier with our experience! It was so easy to schedule and everyone we worked with was flexible and kind. The party itself was just as we imagined. The staff kept up with all of our orders and were fantastic in every interaction! 10/10 would have our welcome party here again if we were to do it over.
I'm on a business trip last July 2023. Had our happy hour in Rayback Collective. Love the place, the indoor and outdoor options to socialize is a big plus. Food was awesome, especially the beers and coffee. Happy hours indeed!
I chose to host a ladies social hang for the Boulder Ladies Disc Golf Club at the Rayback Collective and we had a wonderful time! We had plenty of room in the Gallery Event Space and still felt like we were part of the overall atmosphere and vibes of the Rayback Collective. We had a few super helpful waiters & waitresses that came and took drink orders consistently. The food trucks on site were on point; the food variety was great and the taste was even better. Overall I'd rate hosting a special event (or just visiting in a casual setting) at the Rayback Collective at a 10/10. The staff and atmosphere made our ladies social hang special and memorable ... we'll be back!
